Faith Cheruiyot - Legal Consultant and Practitioner

Faith Cheruiyot is a legal consultant and practitioner with over 15 years’ experience across Africa and the USA, supporting international development by providing practical legal solutions. She is a Senior Associate  at Multitrack Consultants, based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Faith’s legal expertise spans land, land use, international development, trade law, Intellectual Property, public policy development, regulatory compliance, legal drafting and litigation. Faith  has extensive experience in development of law and policy frameworks, providing technical legal advice to clients and portfolios,  supporting legal research, conducting legal training, conducting market assessments and feasibility studies.

As an adjunct scholar in leading universities, Faith has published in development and rights, Intellectual Property, land law, contract law, international economic law, trade law, and environmental law. Previously, she  served as a researcher at the Centre for Applied Research on Law and Policy (CARLP) . She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Washington College of Law, American University in Washington DC. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the American Bar Association.
