Eve Odete

Eve Odete is an international consultant with extensive experience in policy engagement and advocacy, policy research, institutional strengthening, business advisory, advocacy training and capacity-building, multi-stakeholder dialogue, and conference facilitation, and programme evaluation. She is the Founder/Director of Multitrack Policy Consultants.

Eve boasts a multi-sector knowledge, understanding, and successful consulting experience across diverse development and productive sectors including health policy, renewable energy, sustainable environment and natural resource management, sustainable waste management, Green Finance and the Circular Economy, Aid Effectiveness, budget transparency, tax policies, international trade policies, international development finance, women’s rights in labour, and health.

She has facilitated high level engagements, and supported the development of sector and industry insights, policy briefs and position papers, and effective advocacy strategies to inform the policy and investment decisions of states, the African Union, the European Union, the G8, G20, the World Bank, and the UN, and the private sector in over 30 countries across Africa, and Pan Africa-wide.

Eve is a SMART Advocacy Global Master Faciliator, with a distinguished track record in building the advocacy capacity of over 500 organisations- International NGOs, local NGOs, and civil society platforms, industry associations, and Business Management Organisations across Africa. In 2012, she was awarded the Institutional Strengthening for Civil Society Organisations award by USAID and Management Health Sciences. Her research publications span Financing for Agriculture, Corporate Tax, democracy, and Gender Equality. She is an alumnus of the Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies, University of Nairobi.
